Members of the Olympian Capital team bring a wide range of experience in commercial and residential real estate and a strong track record to the firm, often drawing upon skills acquired prior to entering the brokerage field.
Robert Kaplan, principal and founder of the firm, is a former real estate attorney and has served as general counsel for major private real estate firms, while the senior members of his team, Mark Rutherford and Adam Lipkin, began their careers as Certified Public Accountants at Big Five firms. The team has extensive experience analyzing highly complex transactions involving land acquisition, development, underutilized real estate, and creative rejuvenation of underperforming properties. Mr. Kaplan has in turn developed solid relationships with capital sources that look for opportunities to work with the team.
