In addition to the traditional mortgage banking services of arranging senior debt, mezzanine financing and joint venture equity, Olympian can provide "early stage" or "gap" capital to facilitate its client's real estate development projects and investments. These "merchant banking" services are generally available where our clients have a shortage of capital, require capital quicker than they are able to raise it or simply desire to have Olympian as a partner in order to give a project institutional appeal.
